Fortunately, the people of Lincang have realized the importance of protecting ancient tea trees and have introduced local regulations such as the "Lincang City Ancient Tea Tree Protection Regulations" and the "Regulations on the Protection and Management of Ancient Tea Trees in the Autonomous County of Shuangjiang Lahu, Wa, Blang, and Dai Nationalities in Yunnan Province." At the same time, for the sustainable development of future generations and ancient tea gardens, most villagers are still willing to move out of the ancient tea gardens. Some tourism towns themed around tea culture and ethnic culture are also actively being promoted, enriching the local industrial landscape.
