Brewing Method: |
The ratio of tea to water should be appropriate, usually 1:50 to 1:60 (i.e., 1 gram of tea leaves to 50 to 60 milliliters of water); the water temperature for brewing tea should be around 80°C (cool down after boiling); after placing the tea leaves in the cup, pour in a small amount of boiling water to soak the tea leaves, cover for about 3 minutes, then add boiling water until the cup is about 70-80% full, and it can be enjoyed hot. When there is about one-third of the tea soup left in the cup, add boiling water again until the flavor is gone. |
